I’m sitting here with my breakfast coffee on the verandah, in just a pair of shorts...the weather station says it is 24 degrees Celsius ( which is 75 fairinghit s apparently).

Coldest it ever gets here is equivalent to 20 fahringrits...or what ever that silly temperature scale you weird Americans use...

This isn’t a passable winter at all. I grew up here and we had annual cold snaps and -- yes -- SNOW. This has been not only warm, but very dry.

That’s where I’m flying in to. La Paz as a jump off point. Kayaking, camping, whale watching, whale sharks, sea lion  pups, snorkeling mostly up around Espirito Santo.
